- Navigate to All Teachers > Add New Teacher:
- Access the “Add New Teacher” section from the Teachers menu.

- Fill in Basic Information:
- Enter essential details such as the teacher’s name, contact information, and any other required personal information.
- Academic Information:
- Provide academic information about the teacher, including qualifications, certifications, and relevant experience.

- Assign Courses and Subjects:
- Specify the courses and subjects the teacher will be responsible for. This step helps in class and schedule management.

- Save the Details:
- Save the entered information to complete the teacher onboarding process.
Note: Ensure that all mandatory fields are filled in for a successful onboarding.
Sending Login Details #
- Generate Login Credentials:
- Once the teacher’s information is saved, the system will automatically generate login credentials.
- Send Login Details:
- The login details, including username and initial password, will be sent to the teacher via email
- Encourage Password Update:
- Advise the teacher to log in with the provided credentials and update their password for security reasons.
