4.1 Onboarding a Teacher

  1. Navigate to All Teachers > Add New Teacher:
    • Access the “Add New Teacher” section from the Teachers menu.
  1. Fill in Basic Information:
    • Enter essential details such as the teacher’s name, contact information, and any other required personal information.
  2. Academic Information:
    • Provide academic information about the teacher, including qualifications, certifications, and relevant experience.
  1. Assign Courses and Subjects:
    • Specify the courses and subjects the teacher will be responsible for. This step helps in class and schedule management.
  1. Save the Details:
    • Save the entered information to complete the teacher onboarding process.

Note: Ensure that all mandatory fields are filled in for a successful onboarding.

Sending Login Details #

  1. Generate Login Credentials:
    • Once the teacher’s information is saved, the system will automatically generate login credentials.
  2. Send Login Details:
    • The login details, including username and initial password, will be sent to the teacher via email
  3. Encourage Password Update:
    • Advise the teacher to log in with the provided credentials and update their password for security reasons.
