The Academics module within our Learning Management System (LMS) provides comprehensive tools for managing various academic aspects. This documentation outlines the steps to perform key actions in the Academics module.
2.1 Course Management #
- Access the Course Management section from the main menu.
- Add a New Course:
- To create a new course, click on the “Add New Course” option.
- Enter the required course details such as name, description, and associated units.
- Save the information to add the course to the system.
2.2 Result Rules #
- Navigate to Academic > Result Rules:
- Go to the Result Rules section under the Academic menu.
- Set Rules for Result Calculations:
- Define rules for result calculations by specifying criteria such as Name, GPA, MarkGrade or any other relevant parameters.
- Save the configured rules to apply them to the assessment results.
2.3 Exams #
- Navigate to Academic > Exams:
- Access the Exams section within the Academic menu.
- Create Exam Schedules:
- Provide details for each exam, including the exam name, date, time, and associated courses.
- Save the schedule to ensure proper planning and communication of exam information.
2.4 Class Schedule #
- Navigate to Academic > Class Schedule:
- Go to the Class Schedule section within the Academic menu.
- Add a New Class Schedule:
- Select a teacher, course, subject, and weekdays for the class schedule.
- Save the schedule to establish a structured timetable for classes.

2.5 Departments #
- Navigate to Academic > Create New:
- Access the Create New section under Academic.
- Add New Departments:
- Enter details for the new department, including name and any other relevant information.
- Save the information to create and manage departments within the institution.
